Tried installing the BL in my old pc amdK6 400Mhz with 256 of SDRAM and 20MB HDD but to my dismay the installation exited prematurely. I posted this problem last week and a linux expert said that maybe the installation CD could be the fault, so I downloaded te iso file for BL - the result, the same problem occurred. Then I chance upon the a linux website advising for newbies to linux to try Live CD version of SLAX Kill Bill Linux. I downloaded and installed it successfully to my old pc. I am amazed that it will boot and run the linux system on a CD and I could save files on any storage media. Could someone in Bayanihan developed a live CD version of BL? It will surely attract a lot of MS windows users and will surely "Kill Bill". Laughing

it is a must that before you burn the iso file that you' ve downloaded from a mirror source, you should check first the md5sum of that file and compare it to the md5sum supplied for that iso that you can find in the same mirror where you' d downloaded it or from its main website... I' ve tried downloading BL3 twice and all I got was mismatch md5sum... so until now, I have' nt yet tried it ( installing BL) if you still have those iso that you' ve downloaeded, since you have a live linux cd, try to check those corresponding md5sum...
command:

$md5sum file.iso

if your address is right - calamba, laguna then maybe you can visit PCARRD or DOST Regional Office No. 4 to copy BL.

Best, you can buy it from ASTI. One of the best ways to support BL is to buy a clean copy from ASTI Smile
